Back in August, a new microbrand entered the fray. Earthen and Co was and still is a new watch company that specializes in making highly affordable watches housed in a ceramic case. When they were announced and subsequently hit the market, they got rave reviews for the fantastic design and accessibility to a case material usually reserved for higher-end watches. Now, as they get ready to release their second batch, they have updated the dial to not showcase number 3,6, and 9, which I feel improves the symmetry of the watch.
This is the only change between releases, as it still has the comfortable 38 mm case with 100 meters of water resistance and the Myota 9039. The watches still bear the same names, being Whiteout, Overcast, and Blue Bird. As I said in the last article that included Earthen, I said that I was a huge fan, and that still holds true today.
I really hope to be fortunate enough to be able to make a hands-on review of a watch from them one day, but in the meantime, I will link to Earthens website here so you can take a look for yourself or potentially even pre-order one.
